DermaPRP (Dermal Platelet‑Rich Plasma) uses a small sample of your own blood—spun down to concentrate platelets and growth factors—and reinjects it into targeted areas to stimulate collagen, elastin, and tissue repair. No synthetic fillers, just your body’s own regenerative power.
• Anyone looking to improve fine lines, volume loss, texture, or dark circles
• Patients who want natural, gradual skin rejuvenation
• Those who’ve tried topicals or lasers and want a boost from within
• Tear troughs (under‑eye hollows & dark circles)
• Cheeks & midface (subtle lift, improved volume)
• Nasolabial folds & marionette lines (softening)
• Fine lines, crepey skin, enlarged pores
• Mild acne scars, uneven texture, stretch marks
1. Consultation & Consent: We review your goals, medical history, and confirm there are no contraindications.
2. Blood Draw: A small vial of blood (10–20 mL) is taken from your arm.
3. Centrifugation: We spin your blood to isolate the platelet‑rich plasma.
4. Topical Numbing: A gentle anesthetic cream is applied to keep you comfy.
5. Injection: Using ultra‑fine cannulas, we strategically inject DermaPRP into treatment zones.
6. Soothing & Aftercare: We finish with a calming serum & will review your home care.
Total in‑office time: ~60-90 minutes.
• Initial glow often appears within 1–2 weeks.
• Collagen remodeling builds over 4–12 weeks.
• Optimal results usually after 3 treatments, spaced 4–6 weeks apart.
• Minimal: Expect mild redness, pinpoint bruising, or light swelling for 24–48 hours.
• You can resume most activities immediately—avoid strenuous exercise or saunas for 24 hours.
• Temporary redness, swelling, or bruising at injection sites
• Rare: infection (minimized by using your own blood and sterile technique)
• No risk of allergic reaction since it’s autologous (your own) plasma
• Active skin infection or open wounds in the treatment area
• Platelet disorders, blood‑clotting disorders, or on high‑dose anticoagulants
• Active cancer or history of certain blood cancers (consult your oncologist)
• Pregnancy or breastfeeding (safety not fully established)
• Severe anemia or low platelet count
• Before: Avoid NSAIDs (ibuprofen, aspirin) and alcohol 48 hours prior to reduce bruising.
• After: Keep treated areas clean, use gentle skincare, and apply SPF daily.
• Skip retinoids or exfoliants for 3–5 days post‑treatment.
(Do not proceed with PRP treatment if any apply.)

– Hemophilia or other coagulopathies
• Active infection
– Local skin infection (e.g., cellulitis, herpes simplex) in the treatment area
– Systemic infection (e.g., fever, sepsis)

– Hemoglobin levels too low to safely draw blood
• On high‑dose anticoagulant or antiplatelet therapy
– Warfarin, direct oral anticoagulants (DOACs), clopidogrel, etc.
• Current or recent cancer
– Particularly hematologic malignancies (leukemia, lymphoma)
– Consult your oncologist if in remission

– Poor wound healing; optimize glycemic control first
• Use of certain medications or supplements
– NSAIDs, high‑dose vitamin E, fish oil (may increase bruising)

• Full disclosure: Always inform your provider of your complete medical history, medications, and supplements.
• Lab work: We may request a recent CBC (complete blood count) to confirm adequate platelets and hemoglobin.
• Alternative options: If PRP isn’t right for you, we can recommend other regenerative or filler‑based treatments.
